CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WHEN IS AN EXCHANGE NOT ACCEPTED?
Color Variations: Slight differences (10-15%) in color may occur due to screen resolution or lighting. Exchanges/returns are not accepted on this basis.

Material or Color Preferences: Since we use high-quality materials and provide detailed product descriptions, returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the customer simply does not like the material or color. We strongly recommend reading all product details before ordering.

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to a change of mind after placing an order.

EXCHANGES DUE TO SIZE ISSUES
Please refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing an order. If unsure, our team is happy to help you choose the right size.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, we may not be able to process an exchange.

Sale items are not eligible for size exchanges.

EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Our quality control team carefully inspects every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
